Cisco has responded to the challenge in the internetworking technology with the Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) Program. This is a high-level certification program designed to identify and serve the best of the internetworking experts and to improve your hands-on skills. The CCIE certification is currently the most significant certification in the industry. Routing & Switching is the most popular CCIE track. Certification in R&S indicates expert level knowledge of networking across various LAN and WAN interfaces and a variety of routers and switches. Experts in R&S can solve complex connectivity problems and apply technology solutions to increase bandwidth, improve response times, maximize performance, improve security and support global applications.

Course Objectives

This Cisco course is designed specifically to prepare students for passing the CCIE Routing and Switching Written Exam. The CCIE (Cisco Certified Internetworking Expert) Routing and Switching certification validates the expert knowledge and mastery of skills required to configure and manage all elements found within the Cisco CCIE Routing and Switching Blueprint.

 

Description:

  • Designed specifically to prepare students to pass the CCIE RS Written Exam
    Choice of on-site instructor-led training at any of our locations
  • CCIE RS Written class will have a maximum of 15 students
  • Dedicated instructor mentoring to ensure all concepts are completely understood
  • Netmetric Solutions workbook is updated to reflect the current content of the CCIE Routing and Switching Written Exam. The CCIE workbook is updated after each class based on previous feedback

Prerequisites:

CCNP trained and/or certified.

 

Intended Audience:

CCIE R&S candidates who have already obtained their CCNP or have equivalent level-of-knowledge. This boot camp is also beneficial to those CCIE candidates who have attempted the actual CCIE written exam without passing and need to build on their understanding of the fundamental topics.
